Stunning Beachfront Condo with Panoramic Ocean Views

Welcome to Luquillo; the perfect 'Choose Your Own Adventure' location in Puerto Rico! Luquillo's wide variety of beaches, rainforest adventures, and proximity to other towns will appeal to any individual's vacation style! Our favorite aspect of Luquillo is the lazy laid back vibe without tourist overcrowding. Start the day with coffee on the balcony; this is the million dollar view you have traveled for! From there, the options are endless. You can opt in for yoga on the beach, stroll east of the building to remoter parts of the Northeastern Corridor (protected land) where you'll likely be alone and see where rivers meet the ocean, and possibly turtle tracks! From there you can enjoy some nearby beaches, or take a short drive to El Yunque to walk through the rainforest to a swimming hole and waterfall to cool off and fill your heart with the beauty of this island. In the evenings, there are phenomenal restaurants in the area, or the plaza next to the building regularly has live music and features an open bar right across from the beach. On Thursday nights in the Plaza there are even free salsa dancing lessons! If you prefer to venture out farther, there are so many snorkel, zip line, bioluminescent bay, and water activities to partake in. If you venture to one of the smaller islands, Culebra is home to Flemenco Beach; named one of the top 10 beaches in the world! Vieques, another small island, is home to one of the best bioluminescent locations in the world! Inside the condo, the queen bed in the bedroom has a memory foam topper, and features a 2nd TV. The couch in the living room pulls out to a queen. There are wine glasses and bottles in the cabinet. This is a 'Take A Bottle, Replace A Bottle' style amenity. There is free snorkel gear and fins in wicker baskets, as well as 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, blankets, and a cooler for beach days! You can also find games, a Bluetooth speaker, and 'forgotten items' also in the wicker storage bins. (Our community pool is currently closed for safety while some (quiet) repairs are being made to the other tower. We are anticipating it to open in 2026)

Please rinse off sand before entering the condominium. There is an outdoor shower near the private beach access gate and stairs (down from the pool area) Sand will clog drains and toilets! Please treat this island and it's people with kindness and respect; they have been through tough times, and it's imperative we leave it just as we found it (if not better!) Rinse off all dishes and keep food contained- ants will find their way to anything left out! Keep gatherings to a reasonable and responsible noise level. Pets are fine- please keep them off the furniture, clean up after them, and always leashed when outside the condo! Parking: Use designated spot only (Space 15 on Level 3- you will see turtle stickers to help you find it). Balcony safety: DO NOT LEAN OR SIT ON BALCONY RAILING! Air conditioning: Please turn off when leaving the unit. AC mode cools off FAST, once desired temp is reached, I recommend the 'Dry' mode- this cools by also pulling moisture out of the air. Trash & recycling: Follow posted building instructions (Designated dumpster to the left when you vacate building) Beach gear: Rinse/shake off sand before bringing items back inside. If you use the snorkel gear, please rinse with the outdoor shower, then wash with dish soap in the sink or shower and set out to dry. (Same if you use the water shoes) Furniture & décor: Please don’t rearrange. If you must, please return prior to checking out :) Leave the gate clicker inside the unit when checking out- lost, broken, or accidently taken keys or gate clicker is a $100 replacement fee Appliances & utilities: Report any issues immediately. Damage & Missing Items: We understand accidents happen. Please notify us promptly if anything is broken or damaged during your stay so we can address it for future guests. Guests may be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement for significant damage, negligence, or missing high-value items. Normal wear and tear and minor accidental breakage are expected and not typically charged. Check-out reminders: Place used towels on the bathroom floor. Lock all doors and turn the AC unit off Any leftover toiletries (shampoo/conditioner/sunblock/lotion) can be left in the 'Reduce Waste' wicker storage bin! Please discard of any used perishable food. Anything unopened can be left on the kitchen counter for housekeeping or another guest.

Driving here is moderately easy; GPS and cell service work just fine. If you like to explore, I recommend renting a car, for those that prefer, you can shuttle or taxi to the condo (35 minutes from San Juan) and Luquillo is VERY walkable; there are SEVERAL beaches, restaurants, and coffee shops etc. within walking distance! Puerto Rico has electricity issues, on occasion we experience rolling power outages, especially during storms. These happen rarely, and pass quickly. Our unit is on the 9th floor. There are 2 elevators from the main lobby. The assigned parking space is on Level 3 and does require stairs to get to the main lobby. (Wheelchair access is possible, but not convenient- reach out to me with questions) Since we are a 9th floor balcony unit, we do not recommend children under 12. Children in the unit MUST be supervised at ALL times for safety.
